We are a husband-and-wife team and we founded Talent Hatch at a natural pause point - following the birth of our daughter - when we had the opportunity to reflect on what mattered most and what we wanted to build next.
 
With James’ specialist recruitment expertise and deep sector knowledge, alongside Christy’s commercial strategy and marketing experience, we built Talent Hatch to help businesses hire game-changing talent that fuels growth - through a recruitment process that’s fast, efficient, and stress-free.
 
James understands the roles, the teams, and the nuances of the sector inside out, which means less explanation, faster shortlists, and better matches from day one. Christy brings a commercial, client-side lens to Talent Hatch. Her experience scaling teams at high-growth brands means she understands what’s at stake when hiring, and designs processes that ensure businesses can access the very best talent, globally.

I’ve spent the last 13+ years recruiting across research, insight, data, and analytics - and I still love it as much as the day I started. I’ve seen first-hand how exceptional talent can transform businesses, having recruited at every level - to date I’ve placed over 500 exceptional candidates across 10 countries.

I know the research, data and insight sector inside out, and I love talking about the latest movements and trends in the industry with like-minded people - which might be why I’ve built such strong relationships with candidates and clients that I would consider some of them genuine friends!

When I’m not working I’m usually busy running around after my 1 year old daughter and our Cavapoochon, Otto, or losing in the Quirks Fantasy Football league...

With over 13 years’ experience in commercial marketing at high-growth brands like Premier Inn, Deliveroo and Greene King, I've helped businesses truly understand their market, their customers, their teams and what success looks like at every stage of scale.

At Talent Hatch, I run our operations, marketing and process design, as well as advising on strategy, commercial and marketing roles, with one goal - to enable businesses to access the very best talent, globally.

My most important title however is not Co-founder, but Mama. I also LOVE food - cooking and eating - and exploring the world of food with my husband and daughter is my absolute favourite thing to do.
