Talent Hatch Fantasy Premier League: Terms & Conditions

INTRODUCTION

  1. By joining the Talent Hatch FPL League (the “Competition”), all participants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms & Conditions take effect immediately upon entry to the Competition. Any entry instructions form part of these Terms & Conditions.
  2. The Competition is organised by Talent Hatch (“Talent Hatch”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and is open to entrants worldwide who are aged 18 or over at the date of entry. However, cash prizes are only available to eligible UK residents aged 18 or over.
  3. Employees of Talent Hatch, its group companies, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Competition, together with members of their immediate families, may participate in the league but are not eligible to win a cash prize.

ENTRY TO THE COMPETITION

  1. Entry to the Competition is free.
  2. To enter, participants must join the designated Talent Hatch FPL League using the league details provided by Talent Hatch.
  3. Participants must confirm their FPL team name in writing to James Webb at Talent Hatch in order to be eligible to win a cash prize. The team name provided must correspond with the FPL team entered into the Talent Hatch League.
  4. Only one FPL team may be entered into the Talent Hatch League per person.
  5. The Competition Period runs from 21 August 2026 to 30 May 2027.
  6. Talent Hatch reserves the right to verify the identity, age, place of residence and eligibility of any participant.

WINNERS

  1. The overall winner will be the eligible participant whose FPL team has accumulated the highest total number of points during the Competition Period, as recorded by the official Fantasy Premier League website.
  2. The overall winner will receive a cash prize of £250, which will be awarded within seven days of the end of the Competition Period.
  3. An additional cash prize of £100 will be awarded to the eligible participant whose FPL team has accumulated the highest total number of points up to and including the final round of games on 30th December 2026.
  4. The winner of the £100 Christmas prize will be determined using the official FPL points recorded at the relevant point in the season and will be awarded on 2 January 2027.
  5. If the highest-scoring participant for either prize is not an eligible UK resident aged 18 or over, the relevant prize will be awarded to the highest-scoring eligible UK resident aged 18 or over.
  6. In the event that two or more eligible participants achieve the same highest total FPL points for either prize, the relevant prize will be divided equally between those participants.
  7. Talent Hatch's determination of the winners, based on the official FPL points available at the relevant time, will be final, subject to any applicable legal rights.

THE PRIZES

  1. The Competition prizes consist of:

a. £100 for the eligible participant with the highest total FPL points up to and including the final round of games on 30th December 2026

b. £250 for the eligible participant with the highest total FPL points at the end of the Competition Period.

  1. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize at the request of the winner.
  2. Talent Hatch reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to substitute a prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  3. Any taxes or personal liabilities arising from receipt of a prize are the responsibility of the winner.

CONDITIONS

  1. No entries from agents, third parties, syndicated entries, automated entries, bulk entries or entries made using methods designed to circumvent the normal entry process are permitted.
  2. Talent Hatch reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

a. provides false, misleading or incomplete information;

b. enters more than one FPL team into the Talent Hatch League;

c. tampers with or attempts to manipulate the Competition;

d. uses fraudulent or automated means to enter; or

e. is otherwise found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

  1. If a potential winner cannot verify their eligibility within a reasonable period after being contacted, Talent Hatch reserves the right to award the prize to the next highest-scoring eligible participant.
  2. Talent Hatch is not responsible for any changes to, errors in, delays to or technical issues affecting the Fantasy Premier League website, its scoring system or the recording of FPL points.
  3. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their FPL team is correctly registered and remains active throughout the Competition Period.

LIABILITY

  1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talent Hatch excludes liability for any losses, damages or claims incurred by any person in connection with the Competition or receipt or misuse of a prize.
  2. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, Talent Hatch accepts no responsibility or liability for any entry or claim which, for technical or other reasons, is unsuccessful, incomplete, lost, late, damaged, corrupted or misdirected.

GENERAL

  1. Talent Hatch reserves the right, where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable, to extend, withdraw, alter, suspend or cancel the Competition or amend these Terms & Conditions. Any material changes will be communicated through the Talent Hatch channels used to promote the Competition.
  2. Any personal data submitted in connection with the Competition will be processed by Talent Hatch for the purposes of administering and managing the Competition, verifying eligibility and awarding prizes. Personal data will otherwise be handled in accordance with Talent Hatch's applicable privacy policy.
  3. By entering the Competition, participants agree that Talent Hatch may contact them where reasonably necessary in connection with the Competition and, where applicable, the administration of a prize.
  4. The Competition is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn or the Premier League.
  5. Fantasy Premier League and related names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Talent Hatch does not claim any affiliation with Fantasy Premier League, the Premier League or LinkedIn.
  6. Any decision made by Talent Hatch in respect of the Competition will be final, subject to any applicable legal rights.
  7. The Competition and these Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Each participant irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Competition or these Terms & Conditions.
